Opeyemi (Ben) Ogidan leads Equinor’s Procurement North America Competence Center delivering procurement service for its Renewable, Upstream and Marketing, Midstream and Processing units.
In his previous roles in Equinor, he led multiple Supply Chain teams across Operations, Maintenance, Inventory Management and Improvements. These teams focused on strengthening compliance, optimizing Procurement spend with suppliers and introduced digital solutions both in office operations and in the field locations.

Prior to his transition to Supply Chain, Ben spent extensive time within Finance at Equinor, BP and PriceWaterHouseCoopers in Strategy development, Planning and Performance Management, Risk Management, Financial Analysis and Reporting and Tax.

Ben holds a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Houston with extensive management certifications from Harvard, Rice University, Boston University and UC Berkeley.
In addition to Ben’s professional life, he is a husband and father of five. He currently resides in Houston, TX USA where he has been a resident since 2001.

Dapo as he is fondly called is the head of school at Khadob College, a co-educational Secondary School situated in Akure, Ondo State. Before assuming his role as an educational executive, Dapo had a successful career as a professional wedding and portrait photographer. His photography offices, located in Lagos and Abuja, catered to high-profile events and clientele.

With his background in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Hertfordshire, United Kingdom, Oladapo brings a strong foundation in scientific knowledge to his educational role.
